LATEST NEWS

Current Term & Payments

The new term starts on the 28th of October and Dee and I will be collecting fees for the first and the third week of the term. (28th of October and 11th of November). I won't be able to attend the second week due work commitments. We accept cash or cheques made payable to 'Oban Lifesaving Club'. The fees due are £12, this will take us up to the Christmas holidays (8 x £1.50), £10 part payment of the membership fee and minus last term's cancelled session (£1.50). That's a total of £20.50per child. Please try to have the correct cash.

Please note:  The onus is on you to make sure you get a receipt as proof of payment as sometimes it can get busy when collecting the money. If you misplace the receipt we will still have the copy in our receipt book. Please make an effort to pay in these two weeks because late payments require Joan to be pulled away from teaching your children.

AGM - 12 November

Our AGM is on Wednesday the 12th of November, in the function room at Atlantis Leisure, 6.30- 8pm. Please try to attend. Everyone is welcome.

Thank you

Graham Fraser has decided to step down as a teacher. We are sorry to see him go especially as he is our longest serving teacher. We cannot thank him enough for all he has done for the club.

Help!

We are a voluntury organisation, so if you are at all interested in helping out, please contact us via obanlifesavers@hotmail.com or speak to Joan Reynolds* on Tuesday evenings.
